1. Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on used products, opened containers, or items marked as final sale.

4. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@ethemagroup.store with a photo and description of the issue.

5. Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
